Refund policy

Any product you order on our Website shall be dispatched within 5 business days of the date on which you successfully place an order on our Website. However, in situations beyond the Company’s control, the Company may not be able to deliver your product(s) as per the above time-lines. In such cases, the Company will ensure delivery of the product(s) as soon as practicable. This does not hold true for orders in the 'Pre-Order' category. 

The Company does not accept returns and/ or exchange of the products listed on the Website due to the nature of the products. However, products whose packaging is damaged in transit or which are found to be defective on delivery can be exchanged, provided that you inform the Company about such damage/ defect within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Further, in any case if the product is found to be have been tampered with or used after the delivery then the Company reserves its rights to reject the exchange of the said product. In case a product is purchased during a sale, the purchase is a final one without any return/refund policy applicable unless the product is damaged/defective.
